On Dec. 14, 2018, a teambuilding activity was organized for Management Trainees (MTs) from different branches in China. The event was held at South China Agriculture University and hosted by the Human Resource Department.

The purpose for this teambuilding is to provide the MTs with an opportunity to foster better working relationships, teamwork, cooperation and to establish a deeper sense of identity with the Sime Darby family.

MTs were given challenging tasks to improve planning skills and teamwork. The MTs are encouraged to speak out, to voice their concerns and to brainstorm on how to address the issues. Everyone helped to provide suggestions or encouragements to each other.

It was an encouraging session and a great time for the MTs to reflect and recharge!​
