BYD Celebrates Delivery of 100th BYD SEAL in Singapore with a “Share-a-Gift” Charity Drive
SINGAPORE – BYD, together with its authorised distributor, Vantage Automotive, are thrilled to announce the delivery of the 100th BYD SEAL in Singapore just two months after its launch.
This special milestone was commemorated with a breakfast buffet for all BYD owners where customers enjoyed a 10-course buffet spread, lucky draw prizes and more.
Mr James Ng, Managing Director of BYD Singapore and Philippines shared, “As we revel in the spirit of Christmas, we are reminded of the joy that comes from giving, and it is in this spirit that we have organised today's breakfast.
It is our way of expressing our heartfelt thanks to our loyal BYD car owners for being an integral part of our journey. Your trust and support have propelled us to reach new heights, and for that, we are truly grateful.”
The celebrations in the morning lead up to the “Share-A-Gift” charity drive, an initiative by Boys’ Brigade Singapore and organised for all BYD owners.
The “BB Share-A-Gift” project was started in 1988 as a community service project that promotes the spirit of caring and sharing amongst the local community during the Christmas season.
The project is carried out annually; mobilising more than 3,500 BB Officers and members and hundreds of volunteers to collect grocery items and gifts for distribution to the needy.
“Today, we extend our hands to the community by partnering with the Boys’ Brigade Singapore. Together, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of the less fortunate.
This initiative reflects our commitment to not only celebrate our successes but also to share our blessings with those who may be less fortunate. We believe in the power of community and the ability of collective generosity to create a brighter and more inclusive future for all,” added Mr James Ng.
