MINI Australia has announced its Dealer Excellence Award for 2021 to recognise their National Dealers of the Year, and the recipient is Fortitude Valley's Brisbane's MINI Garage for Group 1. This award recognises a dealer's commitment to outstanding customer service across all business departments, from Service to Sales, Finance to parts and overall customer experience throughout the year.

It is the third consecutive occasion the Brisbane MINI Garage has snared the award in recent years and the 11th award in the history of its 20 years of the business.

Receiving the award on behalf of Brisbane MINI Garage is Dealer Principal Gary Edwards and long-time MINI Sales Manager Earl Ward. They both expressed pride in the dealership's performance and anticipated improving that performance further in 2022.
