VISTA (Volvo International Service Training Award) is a competition open to all service professionals within the Volvo Truck and Volvo Bus global service network. Currently it is the world's largest competition for service market personnel. It was great that, this year, two Truck Stops’ branch teams travelled to Sweden for the World Semi Finals. This competition is all about learning, upskilling and improving customer service.

Truck Stops Whangarei’s “WIP Rebellion” team held the No.1 position throughout the local contest, and then went on to win the national competition. This was the third consecutive year that Truck Stops Whangarei has achieved the top position in NZ and gone on to compete in either the Semi-Finals and/or World Finals. Truck Stops Invercargill also qualified to compete as the second NZ representative. Unfortunately, neither team then made it through to the Global Finals in Curitiba, Brazil. The Truck Stops Whangarei team were, however, proud winners of the Group 9 VISTA Spirit Award.

Congratulations to all – our performances in this competition are testament to the world class service that Truck Stops offers its customers in NZ.
